Welcome to Sorella Spa

Established back in 2008 as The Thyme Treatment Rooms, now trading by the same team as Sorella Spa. The establishment is a high-class spa with exceptional standards. The original owner who founded the Thyme Treatment Rooms, Laura, moved to Canada. She sold the business to three members of staff Ellie, Jordan & Jen, who then further down the line sold the business to another member of staff Rhian. Who is now still currently the proud owner. Its always been paramount to all owners to keep the business in good hands which is why the business has always been passed along to devoted members of staff who know the business and industry inside out and have a deep passion for it. 

The name SORELLA means SISTER in Italian. Which is profoundly what we stand for. WOMEN SUPPORTING WOMEN. We truly believe that we offer a safe space for everyone. A comforting, supportive and fun environment. Everybody is welcome and will always FEEL welcome. That's the stamp that we want Sorella to leave with you.

  • We operate a zero tolerance policy for late cancellations or missed appointments. You will be charged the full amount for that appointment should you not show or give us less than 24 hours notice. However we will take into account exceptional circumstances.

    Please allow 24 hours notice for any cancellations.

    We require all clients to turn up promptly to appointments, new clients are required to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to their appointment to fill in mandatory consultation forms.

    If you are late for your appointment, we reserve to the right to shorten the treatment time accordingly but still charge the full amount. This is because we run a exceptionally busy spa and our diary is usually full. If you are late to your appointment this should not have to effect our other customers. Therefore your appointment time will finish at its designated time.
    It goes without saying and it is also very rare. But if we are late for your appointment, this is different and you will receive your full appointment slot.

    For a group booking of 3 or more people or for anyone booking more than 2 hours worth of treatment time, we require a 50% deposit upon booking, refundable up to 48 hours of the treatment start time. 

    We also require a 50% deposit when booking for our Spa Days. 

  • We would like to make you aware of policies we require all clients to adhere to when within the Spa 


    * Please place your phone on silent, or switch it off whilst you are in the Spa, as to not cause disruption to your or other clients treatments.

    *We require all clients to wear underwear during treatment, unless you are asked otherwise by your Therapist.

    *Do not arrive in wet clothing from the pool. Treatments will only commence if you are wearing dry clothing.

    *If you are waiting to be seen or speak to someone, please do not knock on doors or call for assistance, we will be with you when we are out of treatments.

    * Children under 16 years old are not permitted to have treatments.

    *Children between 16-18 years old can have limited treatments, however they must have a parent/guardian present in the room with them at all times (please ask a Therapist for more details).

    *If any of the Therapists do not feel comfortable with a client's attitude, or behaviour you will be asked to leave, a record will be made and you will not be able to return.

    *Clients are fully responsible for their belongings when in the Spa, please make sure you have everything before you leave.

    *We do not allow spectators or children into the room during treatments, and children under the age of 16 years old are not to be left unaccompanied in the waiting area.

    ANY CLIENTS WHO DO NOT ADHERE TO THE RULES WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE AND REFUSED FUTURE TREATMENTS.

Only authorised employees will use any information collected from individual customers as required for processing or managing treatment records. All client records are considered confidential and will not be passed onto third parties, other than if legally required to by appropriate authorities.
